Although it is not going to cause any harm, I will still advise against it, and recommend you improve your diet. A lot of green leafy vegetables, and proteins with a recommended calorie intake of 2200 calories is what is needed. The calorie intake can change according to body weight. Why do you need the supplement? Is there any weakness or fatigue??
