It seems you are having acute gastritis mostly due to alcohol intake. This can cause the type of pain you have described. For this I would recommend.
1.Continue Pantacid 40 once a day , just before sleep, without food.
2.Avoid alcohol, spicy foods.
If still the pain is persisting after 2 days you need to visit a Doctor and get some tests to done. This is rule out any pancreas problem which can manifest with similar problems.
The skin problem - pimples will resolve by itself and you need not take any treatment. You may apply slight warmth over it twice a day. If it rupture clean it once a day with soap and water. You can apply antiseptic cream if there is pus drainage.

Halo Dr. I have slight headache and Vertigo ,low fever during the night and now also ..and white blood counts also reduced ..i have clot under the right arm its little paining too.. Today morning i took pantacid 40mg after the food.. shall i take nother pantacid 40mg without taking food.. i m taking gelusil mps Antigas liquid during the time of stomach burn and pomegranate fruit.. Few years back i had an symptoms of ulcer and i check with the doctor , he priscribed some medicines..... telme the symptoms of stomach ulcer ?? may i affected by stomach ulcer ??? then tell me that what kind of food i need to take for the next two days ???? my symptoms and probelms are deals with ulcer or anyothr issue ?? shall i have my today's night food ?

1.The fever seems unrelated. You may need to consult a Physician directly for the above.
2.No you need to take pantacid only once a day.
3.Pomegranate and as a matter of fact fruits are better avoided for now
4.Stomch ulcer symtoms can be upper abdominal pain or burning to start with.
5.Avoid spicy foods. Prefer bland diets.
6.Yes, you should take food today

i just feeling like fever ..my body is normal only.. day before day i had a cake during the late night this may make the issues severe? Pantacid helps to stop the stomach pain ..how much time this will takesplace to react with body?? i have normar pain in stomach..but i have slight excess pain in above and below the navel

No Cake will not aggravate this problem.
Pantacid action can begin within few hours. However your symptom will subside only depending on the severity of the ulcer.
Pain is consistent with ulcer pain, but since you are feverish acute pancreatitis or related problems should be ruled out. I strongly recommend you to get medical help / visit a Physician as soon as possible if the issues persist.
