Breathing difficulty without CPAP, low ESR, CRP. Cause?

Resolved question:
I am a 56 year old woman with CAD. My father died when he was 40 years old patientold of a heart attack. My mother is still living and is 81 years old patientold. I have been dealing with a really tough time in breathing for several years old patient(3) . I have had all heart testing done and came out ok, and now I have had two Pulmonary Function tests , one 6 minute walk and the other 80 minute breathing test and a sleep study. I do have sleep apnea and will have to start wearing a CPAP. I also have had two blood tests, Sedimentation rate and CRP Low Sensitivity. Results are attached. Can you please tell me what you think I have?

Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I had gone through your reports that were attached.
However I didn't find a sleep study or echo study report.
The lung function test and ct scans rule out a lung problem so as to cause this much of breathing difficulty.
Spirometry though suggestive of restriction, is probably due to a weight gain. The diffusion capacity is normal and ct scans also are normal. Absolutely there is no evidence of asthma, smoking related diseases, interstitial lung diseases or pulmonary embolism.

Suggest weight reduction. Echo to rule out pulmonary hypertension ( though ct does not mention it). Sleep apnea can also produce a fatiguability and cause breathlessness, so can hypothyroidism. Suggest to rule out both.
Hope that helped
