Blister, rash on lip after SINUS INFECTION. FEVER BLISTER?

I have a blister/rash on my upper lip. I want to know if it is a fever blister or something else. I am taking medicine for a sinus infection/allergy that the doctor prescribed. This seemed to appear right as the symptoms from the sinus infection were disappearing.

I can understand your concern. I reviewed the picture. Its not clearly visible. But from what i can appreciate its a fever blister or a cold sore.

I would recommend application of Mupirocin cream twice a day for a week. Also you can take antiviral medication called valacyclovir which will require a prescription.
