I can understand your concern.
He seems to be having perforating Folliculitis which is secondary to dialysis. Its known as kyrle's disease. It is frequently seen in patients who are on dialysis.
Regarding the dizziness and chills I would recommend visiting a physician. It would be a good idea to check his thyroid levels.
The treatment for kyrle's disease would be application of topical steroid creams like mometasone furoate. Also crotherapy or topical retinoids like Retino A have been proven to be useful . None of the treatments have shown effective results.
