I understand your concern.
I will suggest you switch to Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg, once daily before breakfast. It is much better tolerated than Lansoprazole ( Prevacid ) and does not have any side effects.
What are your current symptoms? Did the acid reflux redice after taking Prevacid?

I have gotten better but feel like there is always
A side effect from this I wanted to wean off and take bio hpf and all natural things but not sure to do so I feel taking this products long term is not healthy got to be a better way you would think I don't want c difficile or broken bones

You can safely switch over to Cap. Omeprazole, as i said earlier. It won't cause any side effects and is much better tolerated.
Bio HPF is supposed to be helpful in alleviating the symptoms however i will suggest you try Cap. Omeprazole first. It won't cause any side effects like broken bones as you are worried about.

A ways back and it worked so well
Am hoping to feel that good agsin one day
One good thing prevacid did was keep allergies away
Will omez.do that too

Can you elaborate on what kind of allergies you are referring too?

And just get run Down also bio hpf it has bismuth in it
Do you think it's a small amount
I heard you can't stay on it long term? It works so well hopefully it's best since it's so good and no side effects ok

For your nasal and ear itching neither Omeprazole nor Lansoprazole is helpful.
You need anti-histaminics like Levocetrizine/Claritin to relieve that.
Bio HPF is made up of natural ingredients and can't cause any serious harm. Bismuth is the main component, which helps in alleviating the symptoms of peptic ulcer, and reduces pain and bleeding by coating the surface of ulcers.
There are lots of studies going on about its efficacy and whether it can be taken regularly, but conclusive results are yet to be established. However based on evidence, mostly it has encouraging reviews and seems to work well. Also seeing the composition, it really can't cause any long term side effects.
