The sperm count, motility and the percentage of normal looking sperm - all 3 are sub - optimal.
Before getting concerned, you should have a repeat semen analysis, because you should not rely on just one report.
IF the repeat test also shows abnormality, consult an Andrologist.
There could be various reasons for such a report - chromosomal anomalies, hormonal deficiencies, infections, structural abnormalities, vascular problems, defects in the passage of sperms, ageing, stress, exposure to heat or toxins , psychological trauma etc.
Physical examination, hormonal tests and scanning should be done to arrive at the cause of the problem.
Natural conception is possible with such a value, but it is better to resort to IUI ( intra uterine insemination ) if the report shows consistent abnormalities.
