For patient who has hepatitis C, any alternative medication as patient is taking nifedipine 30mg daily, synthroid 100mcg daily and prednisone 10mg daily to prevent any liver damage?
Any medication for patient nausea, vomiting and diarrhea?
Please recommend for any medications.

I have reviewed the image, however I am not sure about which part of the tongue you're referring too.
I can only see the inner part of your lips in the picture that you shared.
Is there any similar lump under your tongue too?
It seems mostly like Lichen Planus, however I need to see the image of your tongue before making a diagnosis and suggesting the treatment.
