Hello,
Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.
I would like to get some additional information from you so that I can provide my best and learned opinion.
1. Do you still have bladder control issues ? Can you please explain a bit ? Is there any history of involuntary urination ?
2. Currently do you have blood in the stools ? Has it occurred after the procedure ?
3. May I know what are the medication you are taking now ?
You can reply as a followup.
Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for the additional information.
The ADHD may require medical therapy. You will require evaluation for that purpose. With that you should under go an anxiety and depression screening. There is nothing wrong with your kidneys. This seems to be urethral abrasion (small superficial damage of the urethral epithelium) . Avoid sex / masturbation for 1 week and give it time to heal. Avoid spicy / sugary foods and drinks. Drink plenty of water. If the problem persists even beyond two week the STD tests need to be repeated along with a urine culture and sensitivity.
The blood in stool if persisting has to be re-evaluated. Unfortunately there is no other option. Meanwhile take a high fibre diet . Refer this Mayo clinic information. Target a 40gm/ day intake. It seems you have a component of IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) which will also benefit from the fibre intake.
The issues you have mentioned does not seem to be related . However there could be an underlying depression / anxiety. IBS if present should be evaluated and treated. You will be better of under the care of Gastroenterologist.
Hope this helps
