Yes, Aceclofenac-100 mg can be used along with a muscle relaxant Chlorzoxazone-500 mg for muscle pulls/spasms. It is available as a combination drug along with paracetamol 500mg. The dose is one tablet, twice a day, after a meal, for 3 days.

However I would suggest that you should NOT take analgesics on a frequent basis. If you can avoid these tablets it is better avoided unless really required. Make sure you do not have any kidney function or liver function problems if using these drugs. In case of mild pain you can take the OTC drug Ibuprofen 200 mg twice daily after a meal for 3 days.

Warm water compresses or warm water baths are very helpful in case of muscle pulls/ spasms as they relax the muscle.
My advise would be to first try warm water compresses and or diclofenac gel local application.Avoid analgesics/ painkiller tablets unless really required. As you know anything in excess is not good for our body.

The drug combination I mentioned is available on prescription. The brand name is Dolowin-MR, which is a muscle relaxant.
Tab Myospaz Forte is also a muscle relaxant which has diclofenac instead of aceclofenac.

In case you are having acidity with Brufen you can take Capsule Omez 20 mg half an hour before a meal, once a day for 5 days along with the analgesic tablets.
