Resolved question:
I have very bad abdomenal cramps just above my belly ring. I've been having it for aproximately 4 months. I've been to 3 seperate doctors at 3 different times. 2 of which said it is gastro and 1 that said it is kidney infection. They would give me antibiotics and scopex compound S3 and about 3 days later I'd feel better until the meds were done and then it starts again. On 9may I was taken to the emergency room as an out-pasient. I got there at 5pm and left ar 5am with them telling me 2 make an appointment 2 c a doctor 2 make an appointment 4 a colonoscopy. My appointment with the dr is 7 june. I'm in constant pain. I can't eat. Struggle 2 sleep. Am throwing up. Have abnormal bowl movements. I think at times there is blood in my stool. What is wrong with me? Please help.

I understand your concerns and will answer your queries to the best possible. The symptoms of abdominal pain that you are describing can be due to various reasons. This could be indigestion, constipation, gas, food poisoning, gastro esophagus reflux disease, ulcers in the stomach, urinary tract infection, kidney infection, They crohn s disease, appendicitis. This has to be thoroughly evaluated in order to find the cause. They usually present with abdominal pain that may be mild, moderate or severe, radiating, associated with vomiting, fever, inability to pass stools. Since you have mentioned that you have passed bloody stools, it may be also due to a chronic fissure, hemorrhoids. I would suggest you to get a complete blood test and stool routine and get an endoscopy done. You can use painkiller like ibuprofen twice a day after food for a week and consume a high fiber diet, use a local anesthetic cream like lignocaine 2% foe application after passing stools. Try this for 3-4 days, and then consult your doctor.
