Before putting down any opinion I would like few more clinical details if you don't mind.

1.For how long this symptom (cloudy urine) is there ?

2.Does it happens in every mornings or occasionally ?

3.Could give more light into the 'cloudiness'. Is it milky white ? Or just a whitish hue ?

4.Is there any frothing of urine ? (in the toilet).

5.Is there any fever, weight loss, bleeding manifestations ?

6. Is there any foul smell or pain while urinating. 

You can reply to this email itself. This information will help me to give you a better opinion. Meanwhile please note that cloudy urine is NOT a definitive symptom of Lukemia. Cloudy Urine could occur in Leukemia  but then there are hundreds of symptoms that can occur in Leukemia  when it goes for complication. I do not think you need to be worried in that line.
