Resolved question:
I've been having some pretty bad sinus congestion lately, along with pain in my temples. I can't breathe out of my nose, and if I look at my throat it's red and swollen. But, I also feel like when i'm talking I can't catch my breath. If i'm just walking or sitting i'm fine, but talking, or eating I feel like I almost have to gasp for air. Also feeling slight heartburn. Any clue?

Hello,
As you have mentioned about sinus congestion and headache , you may be having Acute Sinusitus. In addition you seem to have an Upper respiratory tract infection. The closed and congested nostrils could be the reason for apparent breathlessness while talking or eating. I recommend the following measures.
1. Steam Inhalation twice a day through nose and mouth alternating.
2. An OTC anti allergic medication like Allegra once a day
3. Warm saline gargle if there is throat irritation
The throat problem can be because of post nasal discharge, constant mouth breathing leading to dryness and reflux gastritis too. I hope you are on treatment for the gastritis. Orelse you can take 1 Prilosec cap once a day before food. If your symptoms does not improve within 3 days you may have to visit your Doctor and will need to take Antibiotics (for possible bacterial infection)
