BIOGRAPHY

Shirish Sachdeva MSPT, is a New York Licensed Physical Therapist, specializing in Orthopedic Physical Therapy & Preventive Healthcare with 9 years of experience in the field. His experience comes from different types of settings like orthopedic outpatient clinics, university associations, wellness clinics, nursing home / neurological rehabilitation center, acute/ trauma hospitals & ICU’s. 

He graduated from Indraprastha University in New Delhi with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy Degree. He attained a Fellowship in Orthopedic Rehabilitation from Apollo Hospital Education & Research Foundation. He also received a Post Graduate Diploma in Preventive & Promotive Healthcare in India. After working in India for he moved to United States and attained a Master’s of Science Degree in Musculoskeletal (Orthopedic) Health & Rehabilitation from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh. 

Shirish has previously worked for approx 3.5 years as the Clinical & Managing Director of multi-specialty health center in New Delhi. He has been corporate healthcare consultant to major companies in India. Currently, Shirish is an American Physical Therapy Association Credentialed Clinical Instructor, and also had a teaching assistant position in the University of Pittsburgh before moving to New York. He has interest in clinical research in orthopedic issues like Spinal abnormalities, knee injuries, bio-mechanical imbalance issues, etc. 

Currently, he is completing his Doctorate in Physical therapy from Utica College, New York. He does provide a very detailed clinical examination and performs & utilizes diagnostic tools like Electromyography / Nerve Conduction Studies / Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for complete diagnosis & proper prognosis of his patients.
