Hello Doctor,
I am having certain issues from my family . The problem is that I do not get along with my parents. I actually suspect having being injected by an Intra-muscular Antipsychotic injection while sleeping. After waking up I have pain in my left Buttock but in the lower left quadrant of the left buttock. If an IM injection was given it is typically given in the Upper left quadrant correct and the pain would be present there?.

Yes you are right. The IM injections are ideally given on the upper buttock and the pain should appearon the upper buttock area. Further an injection is a painful process and its practically not possible to administer an injection without your knowledge.
Its unlikely that you have been injected.
