Before i can suggest you medicines, i need further information.
Do you have diabetes/hypertension/high cholesterol? What is your height and weight? Do you get strong morning erections? How long does your sexual intercourse last, when you have sex? For how many days have you been noticing this problem?
It is important to localize the cause before prescribing medicines.

No, i am not suffering from any diabetes, BP or cholesterol. I always get those moring erections also. Butmy sexual intercourse does not last longer than a minute, i ejaculate within a minute aftering entering. I am noticing this problem since my marriage( last 10 years old patientnow).

Sorry for the delay in answering the follow up, since you probably accidentally closed the consultation.
Since you'e having this issue for 10 years, the psychological causes are ruled out, and they are definitely the commonest cause of ED or premature ejaculation.
Also I presume you're not taking any medicines for your cardio vascular system like ( Nitrates ).
The first line management for premature ejaculation is with Tab. Sildenafil ( Viagra ). It is relatively safe when you use it in lower concentration and limit the use to not more than twice a week. It has to be taken 30 minutes prior to your intercourse. It delays the climax and also makes a second erection possible after intercourse. 50 mg of Sildenafil will be effective for you.
There are other methods like kegel exercises, then some doctors recommend that you masturbate and stop right when you're about to climax, and again when the erection drops slightly start masturbating again. If a person repeats this cycle 2-3 times whenever he masturbates, this will improve in controlling the ejaculation while having sex too.
Remember there are lots of supplements that you find online, however none has proved to be efficacious.
So kindly stay away. Moreover they mix a lot of compounds together, so you don't really know their side effect profile.
I will advise you just get an ECG done for confirmatory sake. Once it is found to be normal, you can start Tab. Sildenafil ( Viagra ) 25-50 mg 30 minutes each tim before intercourse. Please use it prudently.
