Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I have gone through your reports with diligence. I needed some more history to get a clearer picture. However regarding your liver enzymes, it is just mildly elevated and there is nothing alarming as of now. If you are an alcoholic, then cut down on your alcohol intake. Try to limit oily foods and fatty foods.
What is alarming though is your cholesterol value. Your LDL value is high, and as you know it is bad cholesterol. So you need to start mild-moderate intensity exercises, preferably walking, and make sure you lose weight. Also discuss with your local GP, if the values are not getting controlled, then he can start you on statins. You're still very young, so it is expected that modify your diet, work out, and lose weight. High cholsterol increases risks for fatal occurences like Heart- Attack, Stroke ( e.t.c ). You can definitely modify your diet, and bring it down. Limit oily, fatty foods and also avoid too much salt in your food. Since you're hypertensive, i won't advise too much running for you. Better would be brisk walk around 5-6 times a week for 45 minutes per day. Strict diet coupled with exercise normally keeps the cholesterol values in check. However if you are not successful in bringing it down for some time, then its better to consult your family physician and start yourself on Statins.
Hope that answers your query. Do get back to us if you have more questions.

Hello Doctor
Thank You so much for your response. I am really happy to know that liver is ok, I'd definitely start with excercises to bring cholestrol levels down,
I am already going to gym and doing tread mill, hope it helps. I'll monitor my diet as well.
Is there some food which I should take which helps reduce cholestrol?
Is drinking once or twice a month ok? I mean when there is a party I may be force by my friends etc..
I am attaching some more reports which my office doctor asked me to take, which I am attaching for your reference.
There is ECG also in that zip file. Please let me know if my heart is ok.
I really appreciate your thoughtful reponse.

Thanks for writing to us again. I am so glad my response makes you feel better.
The best part is the reports you have sent this time are even better. You have absolutely normal USG Abdomen report, and even your ECG is good. The only thing is cholesterol, which i have already given you tips on how to reduce it. You can have more fish, since they have high omega 3 fatty acids. There is a lot of scientific study going on, which is showing that omega 3 fatty acids are really good. Also you can take oats on a daily basis, mostly in the breakfast. Oats are also found to reduce your cholesterol, and your body weight. I know it doesn't taste great, but most such things which are healthy, do not taste good. Regarding drinking, once or twice a month in limited amount is fine.
So everything is good, that's encouraging. Regarding your cholesterol, i'm sure you will work on it and reduce it.
Hope that answers your query.
Do write to us again for additional queries if you have any.
Thank You so much Doctor. I am lucky that I got your advice at the right time. Else I would not have cared about it much.
Wish you all the best and God bless you.
