i have vomiting sensation since last three days. my leg (specially left ) has mild swelling. i have pain in back specially near lower ribs and lower back.

No, pain does not radiate from back to leg.

for last six i have back pain. sometimes mild sometimes moderate
3. For how long are you having the leg swelling ?
swelling since last one year. One more thing some times it has tingling sensation. When i wake up in morning i feel pain in sole for sometimes.
4. Do you have history of breathlessness or decreased urine output ?
No both are normal. sometimes urine is yellow specially in aflternoon. but in evening it becomes normal.
