Hello
No, it is not the only cause. There are many other causes for uncontrolled urination. Most common of them would be Urinary tract infections and Diabetes. Certain conditions are also possible like Diabetes Insipidus, Stress urinary incontinence , primary polydypsia etc can also cause uncontrolled urination, but they are rare.
