Resolved question:
I been told I could have intertrigo or balanitis around the head of my penis. What would be treatment for this? Ive been using mupirocin and has helped but hasn't got rid of it

The picture is not really clear but I would think of the possibility of hirsute penis which is a completely harmless condition where there ectopic oil glands on the penis. It doesn't require treatment. Another possible diagnosis is balanitis which is a yeast infection and the treatment would be application of clotrimazole cream twice a day for three weeks.
