Tough anal site, cirlce around it. Was he RAPED?

Resolved question:
my son might have gotten raped on 1-8-15 thursday i've tried unsuscessfully to get him checked and got no where today is 1-15-15 should i tried tonight. he is 3 years old and i need to know if any thing can be found today or can i wait for tuesday the 20th next week which is when the DSS department has made us appointment with a specialist of their own. what made me think something might have happended was his anal site looked as thoagh it had a big circle area the size of the palm of my hand or so wich was very red, i touched the area and it was soft not firm like expected, this was the day after the incident would have occured.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what
you are going through.
Sexual abuse of children is happening rampantly in the society, and
its good that you are being cautious. The most important evidence in
the form of anal abrasions, pubic hair and semen stains of the rapsit
could have been the most important evidence in such cases and these
are to be collected on the same day of the event. Howe ever now that 7
days have passed, it doesnt matter if you have to wait for 5 days more
as the crucial evidence might have already washed off. Now what
remains is examination of anal aperture and tone of anal muscles which
will not vary in 5 days. You can certainly wait uptil your next DSS
appointment.
Secondly, your son only has a red colored rash and this can occur due
to many other reasons like it could be a fungal infection or it could
be a allergic rash to his garments or the soap used to wash clothes.
Difficult to say with certainty, but it would be wise to get a skin
consult as well for the probable cause of redness over the peri-anal
area.
Nothing wrong in being cautious. Go ahead with the DSS appointment,
but consider a skin consult as well.
Hope this helps,

IN case if you have any further query, do let me know.
Kind regards
