I recently had my foot stepped on then continued with my football practice later on about an hour I was able to take the toenail off of my big toe with only slight pain now there is clear fluid leaking out what should I do?

I saw the picture.
You should apply local Povidone iodine Ointment to the raw surface and close it with dressing.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Give rest to the affected limb.
Nothing to worry. Fluid will come down and the wound will be healed.
