Dear Sir,

You seem to be suffering from tight frenulum and the treatment for the same is usually surgery. The surgery is frenuloplasty or frenulectomy. The details can be found on www.slideshare.net/rnkgoel

I usually give a trial of local cream application prior to surgery. Kindly apply Momate F cream locally for 2 weeks under the care of your doctor and see if there is any improvement.

Sincerely

Ok thanks should I show you a picture before I go to a gp? And is there any cream you can get in Australia without prescription?

Expert:  Dr. Rajiv Goel replied 2 Days.

Hello,

A picture is not really necessary, your description is good enough. You can buy any 1% cortisone over the counter cream.

Take care

Sincerely

Will Cortic DS Cream 1% 50g do the same thing?

Expert:  Dr. Rajiv Goel replied 1 Day.

Yes, that should do. Do a test application and if you feel some discomfort avoid it. Also see the package insert of guidelines. Do not apply for more than 1-2 weeks under any circumstances. If this is a prescription medicine it is better to get your Doctors guidance. Thank you
