My mother having swelling on ankel.and she is not able to move.one of doctors said that she has tuberculosis. And condition is very critical.need operation as soon as possible.plzzz help me out what I do

Looking at your reports it appears that your mother is suffering from tuberculosis of ankle & it is proved by reports of MRI.
In such condition, if there is excessive swelling & collection of abscess then this should be drained out & patient should be kept on rest & anti-tubercular medicines for long time with supportive medicines.You should not wait & go with your orthopedic surgeons opinion.

No, TB of the ankle is not normally transmissible.
Only Pulmonary TB is transmissible through aerosols.
