Hello Sir, My Cousin got Spinal injury and he is not getting sensation to his body from neck to toe, he is only able to speak and head moments, other than that there is no body movement. Please suggest for possible cure for this injury. Doctors are saying that they can do spinal surgery, but they can't be sure that body sensation might recover and also doing spinal surgery might lead to other defects it seems.

I have read your question with diligence. It looks that your cousin is 63 yr of age & having severe compression of cord at neck.This is the most probable reason which is leading to loss of muscle power & sensation.You should know that person who already had spondylosis are more liable from suffering from trauma.
Looking at history & report of investigation i will advice you to go for surgery. Although the chance of improvement is 50% but this is worthwhile because with this medical condition he will be unable to take care of him self, so going on positive side he has 50% chances of recovery.
Recently there are some advances in surgery where they can approach the spinal cord in neck with minimal invasive techniques ,like this-

In open procedure your doctor may approach through posterior approach & relieve any compression on cord.

Actually doctors whom we consulted saying that, it cannot be cured and my cousin should go for bed rest life long.
Are there any chances that he can get cured for this compression, there are some involuntary movements in his hands and legs without any sensation of it and also feeling some back pain.
Also could you please suggest some best hospitals for curing this.

Presence of involuntary movements at limbs suggests presence of fibrillation.There is also involvement of large group of muscles.This is unfavorable prognosis.There is risk involved with surgery but after surgery patient may have good physiotherapy.
