Resolved question:
Ive had very Small Anal Abscess for four days and my doctor prescribed me Augmentin(Antibiotics). Its been four days and every day the pain decreases a little bit. I got it checked up by two surgeons to make sure whether it required a surgery or not and they said it didn't. Today i masturbathed and i don't know if it was a coincidence or not but the pain 20 minutes later came back gradually strong. Does that have anything to do with Masturbation? Is it normal to still have strong pain show up even though i take antibiotics and what not?

An abscess in the peri anal region has to be drained surgically if it is large. Since you had expert opinions from Surgeons I assume it is small enough not requiring any drainage. It is normal to experience some pain while on antibiotics.
Antibiotic like Augumentin may not act in some circumstances if the bacteria is not sensitive. This has to be kept in mind and discussed with your Doctor if the symptoms persist. So even after the stipulated time if the symptoms persist consider drainage / change of antibiotics
Masturabtion should not cause aggravation of the symptoms.
