Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Kindly provide me additional details for me to make a diagnosis :
1) Where exactly is the yellow stain appearing?
2) Is there any yellowish discoloration in the eyes ( sclera )?
3) Does she have any changes in appetite or weight loss?
4) Is there any pain abdomen?
5) Any other symptoms such as change in stool consistency, or pain elsewhere?
- You mentioned about pain in the legs and arms. Does she always have pain?
Kindly give me answers to the above mentioned questions and then I can guide you further.

Hello,
Such yellow patches are suggestive of high bilirubin/ jaundice.
You need to get her LFT done and we can follow up from there.
I will advise you to get her LFT and CBC done to rule out hepatitis.
She also has myalgia ( pain in her limbs - intermittent suggestive of muscle pain ), and flu like symptoms, which can be present in initial stages of viral hepatitis.
Once her LFT reports are ready we can proceed with management.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
