Can you please mention what is your age? How many times do you masturbate a day? How are your erections? On early mornings, do you get erections?
Normally when you masturbate, if you are too excited then you can climax even in one minute. That does not necessarily mean it is not normal. You just need to take it slowly.
Regarding semen analysis, any diagnostic lab will do semen test, provided you have a requisition slip from your local physician. You need to get the test done after 3 days abstinence.

I am 30 years old guy. I dont have diabeiitcs and surgeries. Alcohal i consumed but not daily. In absence of any chronic medical or past relvant surgical history the cause of early ejaculation is purely psychological. So i will advise you to masturbate not more than twice a week, and also take it slowly.
And yes if you do ejaculate once, during subsequent masturbation or sexual intercourse ejaculation will take time.

There is a technique called the pause-squeeze technique which can help with premature ejaculation.
Your anxiety is understandable but it is important for you to know occasional premature ejaculation is normal and that the average time from the beginning of intercourse to ejaculation is about five minutes. Therefore the more amount of time that is spent worrying about the details will increase the stress associated with it and worsen the problem.
