It is very difficult to state whether you have erectile dysfunction. You have not mentioned in your complaints whether you have any problems with erection.
I shall be keen to know how the scar tissue has developed in the urethra.
Till you get back to me I shall be keen in your starting yourself on T. Flomax 0.4 mg in the night.

Other night able to keep erection for 40 min but had not did anything for 2 days. And how do I get the prescribtion
Dear Sir,
If you can have erection for 40 minutes on any of the days that means
you are not suffering from erectile dysfunction and you should stop
worrying about it.
You shall have to see your local doctor for prescription of Flomax.
