Hello,
If it is a routine Physical done by your Doctor, for your health checkup Risperdal and Zoloft will not show up.
Even if its a Physical with Drug screening (for legal or employment purpose) both the drugs are NOT usually tested. However Zoloft can give false positive results rarely for other drugs. (You need be concerned about this is it is about a health checkup)
