Resolved question:
I had a sexual contact with a whore and she spitted on my penis to lubricate it without wearing condom but later i used condom to have sexual contact, will that spread AIDS.
Also when i removed my condom I actually touched my penis to wash with the same hand.
Will there be any problems and do i need to take PEP. Please advice.

Your risk of contracting HIV from the above mentioned episode is very less. (Negligible). So you will not need PEP. However if you have any open wound / ulcer / abrasions on your penis the risk might be different. Please let me know about this. Do a complete inspection of the penis. You can reply as a followup.

Skin to skin contact will not transfer HIV. So we can reasonable assume that you are safe.
