Hi. So I have a red moist rash on my penis. It came a couple days ago. It is red itchy and is a little painful but not much and the skin is peeling off. Very concerned please help. Sexual contact in the past couple months intercourse once used a condom and received oral sex twice. Don't think the problem came from either of the girls but obviously am not positive.

I can understand your concern.
I reviewed the picture. However it seems that the rash is on the verge of resolving and hence the peeling.
I would like to know if there were any fluid filled blisters as that would rule out herpes.
There could be an associated yeast infection.
I recommend that you apply clotrimazole cream mixed with cortisone cream twice a day for 3 days after which you can stop the cortisone cream and continue with clotrimazole cream.

I do not think there were any fluid filled blisters. Just the really red rash with peeling and was quite moist.

Continue the clotrimazole and Mupirocin ointment as I advised.
