Red dots, raised skin in penis peels off by scratching.

Resolved question:
i have these red dots on my penis and a little raised skin but i dont know what to do or what it is.

the raised skin is not a coley flower pattern nore itchy but dose collect a soft layer of dry skin and comes off just by lightly scratching it with my thumb nail . .


can you please help me

You seem to have contact dermatitis on the penis. It could be due to an allergy to an irritant.

I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with mupirocin cream twice a day for a week.

That should help resolve the allergy.

In case it doesn't start improving within a week, it will be best to see your dermatologist for a prescription for a higher strength steroid cream like mometasone.
