Recurrrent severe lower left abdominal bloating

Resolved question:
I have been a healthy 45 year old male with no major health concerns until now. I do not currently take any medications.
I have recurring severe lower left abdominal bloating that has progressively gotten worse. I am also noticing increased fatigue and weakness. I recently had bloodwork, stool tests, HIDA scan and small bowel throughput done. I received the reports back from the doctor saying everything was normal. Due to an insurance changes, I am not able to see the same doctor. I have noticed something that seems unusual in the location of my bloating on one of the images.
I would like someone to take a look at the bottom center of the included image and decide if that is something that I should be concerned about. I should also mention that this condition exists after 3 days of only water.
Blood Work showed the following out of range:

Range
WBC 4.53 L 4.70-6.10 M/CMM
RBC 13.8 L 14.0-18.0 g/dL
Hgb 41.4 L 42.0-54.0 %
