Hi Mr Mohan,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your wife's symptoms, and agree it is a neurological problem.
We need to exclude deficiency of vitamin B12. In addition, we need to examine her neurologically, and if she has evidence of spinal cord disease, then, an MRI scan of cervical spine should also be done.
She would get better with correct diagnosis and treatment.
Feel free to discuss further,
Best wishes.

Doctor,
Thanks for your reply.
You mean to say, this happen due to vitamin B12 deficiency also? How can i correct this with food?
Also she will be fine all day. She shows this symptom only when she involves deeply in some actions like prayer or pooja activity etc...
My doubt is if it's spinal cord disease, the symptom should be shown all through the day na doctor...

Thank you for getting back.
I agree with you. Vitamin B12 tablets are available in pharmacies and can be taken as METHYCOBAL tablet one daily. In diet, only non-veg foods have vitamin B12.
I also agree that spinal cord disease symptoms should be present all day, but sometimes, may get worse on standing or closing eyes.
Best wishes,

Thank you for getting back.
For spinal cord disease, we need to do an MRI of the spine to confirm or exclude it.
