Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
From the images that you have sent, and with a recent history of molluscum, the bumps look like to be molluscum infection once again. In absence of itching/irritation/pain, it is unlikely to be eczema. One more thing that goes in favor of molluscum is the cluster of the bumps and the fact that they are all raised.
I will advise you to give her Tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg once at bed time.
In case there is no improvement the diagnosis of molluscum will be confirmed.
Regards.

Hello,
Thank you for the follow up.
Currently she has more of an eczematous reaction. It can happen as a response to the molluscum virus. Normally molluscum should go away on it's own. Due to side effects, drugs are not prescribed to control molluscum in children. A good diet, multivitamins, and good immunity is stressed upon. For the eczema, Tab. Levocetrizine can be given, which will help the eczema subside, or locally you can apply Calamine lotion, it will reduce the itching and subsequently the irritation.
If the molluscum is still not controlled, Topical Imiquimod has been seen to be effective.
Regards.
