Resolved question:
I get these raised red bumps randomly that itch like crazy. I'm a healthy 29yr old female. I am overweight at 153 lbs for being 5 feet tall. I have a familtfamily history of cancer and auto immune issues like hepatitis and ra. I attached pictures of the bumps. They have spread to both legs and now my neck. No creams or otc medications help so far.

Do you get bumps that come n go or are they constant? If they go on their own, how long do they take?

The bumps come and go. They last anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. They just randomly appear and I don't notice them til they begin to itch. These last two weeks the bumps have been appearing more frequently and have spread to other parts of my body as previously stated. The bumps began back in October on my left arm and the doctor i saw back then treated it as scabies but that didn't even help as they reappeared and got worse. Since getting these bumps I have been sick like the flu minus the fever constantly also.

You seem to be having urticaria. It's also called hives. It could happen due to an allergy to food, dust, pollen, medications, animal dander etc. It's best to control the allergy by taking an antihistamine like tab. Allegra once a day for two weeks.
That should slowly help in keeping the allergy under control, but it may not completely resolve it.
