I can understand your concern.
You have fungal infection called tinea or ringworm. It's caused by a fungus called dermatophytoses. It's caused in conditions of heat and humidity.
I would recommend application of lamisil cream which contains terbinafine. Application twice a day would be required. Itching can be controlled by an anti histamine like claritin.
This will help resolve your lesion.
