Resolved question:
Hi I already asked here a couple of times, and i still want to ask for confirmation, i just want to be assured, so i can calm down.
so, i said that i had my first 'make out session 'it happened AUGUST 2013 with someone and im a virgin and we just kissed and he rubbed his penis on my vagina like 10 seconds. no penetration happened and no ejaculation. im on my period that time. not so strong but i still have my period. and someone answered here that its impossible for me to be pregnant without penetration and all.
and then i experienced like im always tired. and i feel im gaining weight . after 4 or 5 days of making out. and then i read somewhere that its impossible to feel that because its too early and the one who answered here said im just stressing out, and yeah i do eat a lot when i stress. just thinking of getting pregnant is like i wanna die!
i took a pregnancy test after 2 weeks the day i 'make out'and its NEGATIVE.
so then, i have IRREGULAR PERIOD, on my period like i have a period then after 4 months ill have another one, But to my surprise september i had my period! then i feel okay cause i had my period on that time, then october i have like a little period, just a little, then october i had a test and NEGATIVE and last time NOVEMBER i got NEGATIVE again, i stopped taking PT cause, i had a period, no penetration at all,and i have a little period that time.
then this 2014 after 5 months, its january, and i feel pain in my right lower abdomen, sometime left, pelvic pain, frequent urination , irregular period still, headache, and i feel so full quickly.
ITS IMPOSSIBLE IM PREGNANT RIGHT? ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS. i took last november and still negative. and i read about some ovarian problem ? is it possible? hoping tohear it from you.
thanks A LOT!

Hello and thankyou for approaching DoctorSpring with your query.
You need not worry as you are NOT pregnant. I have listed the reasons below.
1) Your pregnancy tests have all come negative, which rules out pregnancy
2) You have said you have not had intercourse. It is essential that there is penetration and ejaculation for pregnancy to occur. The sperm that fertilizes the egg is present in the semen and the semen is produced on ejaculation.
3) The semen has to reach and enter your cervix which is inside, an the end of your vaginal canal, hence penetration is necessary for pregnancy to occur.
4) As you have mentioned that you have had your period after the 'make out session' in which case even with the slightest chance, if pregnancy did occur, during your period your uterus lining was shed, and hence the fetus cannot survive and would have been shed at that time.
But either way you need to go and get yourself examined to see the cause of your irregular period and get treated for it.
Irregular period is very common and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) is the most common cause. PCOD is multiple small cysts in the ovary which cause hormonal imbalance.
As a result of this women have irregular periods, alternating with ammenorhea (no period) to heavy prolonged bleeding.
You tend to gain weight, have excessive hair growth, feel tired at times. Once diagnosed, you are put on oral contraceptive pills that help regulate the menstrual cycles.
You also need to get yourself examined for hypothyroidism (low levels of thyroid hormone). Hypothyroidism is also common in women and hypothyroidism also causes irregular periods.
17% women experience ammenorhea as a result of being hypothyroid. Other symptoms are weight gain, feeling dull and fatigued, feeling cold more than usual, constipation.
My advise to you would be get a 1)Thyroid Function Test done 2) Go to the Gynecologist and get yourself examined to rule out Polycystic Ovarian disease. They will perform an abdominal ultrasound on you which will help in the diagnosis.
I hope this has helped. Feel free to follow up with any further query.
Thankyou
thank you so much. and the pain on my abdomen varies sometimes on left sometimes on right.
Hello and thankyou for the follow up question.
The symptom of pain that you are having is non specific, as it can be due to any reason such
1)Polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) , or
2) Endometriosis (which is endometrial glands outside the uterus in non specific sites)
3) Or it could be that your are going to have your period soon.
As I have mentioned earlier, you need to get yourself examined.
An abdominal ultrasound will help make a definite diagnosis of the cause of pain and the irregular periods you are having.
I hope this has helped. Take care.
Thankyou.
doctor abdominal ultrasound or pelvic? or is it the same? and thankyou THANKYOU FOR MAKING IT CLEAR PREGNANCY is IMPOSSIBLE.i can breathe now. thanks a lot. Godbless!
Hello, you will have to undergo both a pelvic ultrasound and an abdominal ultrasound to rule out any other cause of your abdominal pain.
I hope this has helped.
Thankyou
