Resolved question:
I'm a 27 year old female. Since September I have had persistent fever and severe (sometimes unbearable) itching all over my body. I have taken antibiotics, antihistamines, and applied creams but the fever and itching aren't coming under control. Other symptoms (on and off) include shortness of breath, chest pain, joint pain, abdominal pain (very severe in the past couple of days), nausea, fatigue (sometimes severe), loss of appetite, dizziness and mental confusion (taking time to recall what a particular object is called, difficulty with simple calculation etc). I have got chest x-rays, HRCT scan chest, ultrasound of abdomen, pelvis and neck, and several blood and urine tests. All normal, except for the urine test day before which showed 8 WBC cells and Leukocyte Esterase present, and one scan which showed a lymphnode of 1cm. The detailed reports and symptoms are in the attachments.
I have been to 2 dermatologists, 4 GPs, 2 ENTs, 1 oncologist and a pulmonologist and no one can figure out what is wrong.
