Diabetes has no relationship to the bend in penis and does not worsen it.

This development is from six month now there is little problem in penitration while intercourse
Dear sir,
You need to examine yourself and see whether you have any hard lump within the penis. This lump gets formed due to minor trauma to penis, usually sustained during intercourse. The condition is known as peyronie's disease.
You need to avoid woman on top position. You should start yourself on vitamin E(one tablet of vitamin E everyday, for 3 months) supplementation.
In most of patients the lump regresses on its own in few months. However, if it does not regress then you may have to see a urologist and take treatment.
