1) i feel vomiting in crowed places like worship areas or buses
2) i feel pressure on my head
3) i feel heart pain some times
4) hands get cold even feets some times

Thanks for choosing Doctor Spring for posting your query. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The condition that you are having is basically panic attacks. This is a disorder of anxiety and occurs cause of imbalance of certain neurotransmitters in the brain. especially serotonin, nor adrenaline, and dopamine to some extent. Medicines are the best options to take care of these symptoms. Paroxetine is the the most popular medicine and my drug of choice. I generally prescribe my patients 12.5 mg per day at night which takes care of anxiety symptoms. Also certain medicines like propranolol and clonazepam can be give as required when there is a panic episode or expected situation where panic attack can appear.
Also there is an option of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This therapy is taken by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist in which the therapist identifies impaired cognitions (Thoughts) and try to correct them. They are 15-20 min weekly session and there should be around 8-10 sessions to help you with your illness.

thanks for your response kindly suggested me the medicine course how long should i take and how should i go with Paroxetine 12.5 mg only bcz i am having a lot pressure like effect on my upper head and please please i want to get out from this problem, my carrer is also suffering a lot by this issue

I prescribe paroxetine 12.5 mg at night for atleast 8-10months. If required the dose is increased to 25mg as well. Doctor spring is an online platform for the doctor advise and unfortunately I wont be able to prescribe you medicines on this platform as it is not legally acceptable.

what if i take Escitalopram as nexito 10 beside paroxetine 12.5 mg at night for atleast 8-10months

Yes you may take both of them together. Nexito is a good brand drug and at 10mg, its not a high dose drug.
