Resolved question:
I recently noticed 30 hours ago a few reddish spot or few on my penis head, there not painful nor raised and Im in fear it could be and 3 doctors (including family Doctor) and they all gave me a physical examination and said it was negative for herpes and warts and said it not an STD. My fear was it is an early stage of it? Does this look like it? I have sensative skin and also masturabted 3 times yesterday without lube.
I don;t have any pain unless i think about it (OCD) I have attached two pictures after all those hours, it still looks ided a bit. I have been tested two months ago and never had , no swollen glans or anything. I have a girl friend and she has been tested as negative before, we started having sex, I also experience with new fragrance body lotion and i put hand sanitizer on my penis which could of caused teh irritation I am also heavily in sports and could ahve been the friction on my spandex.

I reviewed the pictures. But could see no signs of any std or warts. I couldn't see the reddish spots you mention clearly. It's possible that it is a candidial infection.
I would recommend application of clotrimazole cream twice a day for two weeks.
