Hi I have these spots on my foreskin and I'm quite worried about them.
There is no itching, puss, pain.
they are just there. They come and go every few weeks and last a few days.
I had protected sex with an unknown women I was worried and had a blood and urine test 2 weeks after
Then again at 6 weeks for hiv all negative. And I didn't notice the spots when I went to the doctors. I don't know if I'm just noticing them now because I'm always checking.

I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having yeast infection. It could happen in conditions of heat and humidity. I would recommend application of clotrimazole cream twice a day for two weeks. Also you need to take an antifungal medication called fluconazole once a week for four weeks.
