Hello, It seems like you had a bout of dyspareunia with bleed. Pain generally occurs when the penis presses against the cervix which is a very delicate structure. There can be associated bleeding if there is cervical erosion .It is a benign condition which occurs in a lot of women. It is also associated with oral contraceptive pills. Cervical pain can present as abdominal pain and is not a cause to worry. Nonetheless it's better to consult a gynecologist, to check if you have cervical erosions. Here are my recommendations- 1) Try changing position while you have sex if a particular position causes more pain. 2) Consult a gynecologist for the possibility of cervical erosions. Retroverted uterus (Uterus turned the other way). 3) Stop Oral contraceptive temporarily if you are taking any as it causes erosions. Try other forms of contraception. 4) Follow a healthy diet with emphasis on green leafy vegetables as it improves the cellular architecture of the cervix and vagina. Thank you.
