Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Pain while passing urine or dysuria and pain in lower right back could indicate kidney infection, kidney stones, or stones in the urinary tract lower down.
I will advise you to first get your urine tested, and if possible also get an ultrasound KUB. These investigations are necessary for the diagnosis.
Please revert back to me with the test reports.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.

I recently peed what appeared to be blood and either a crushed kidney stone or some of the kidney. Could you prescribe some anti-biotics? I think it may be an infection seeing as how the kidney pain is still present.

Hello,
Yes, I can advise you antibiotics but you need prescription for getting them.
So, it will be worth getting the tests done as I advised too.
Antibiotics such as Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, or Cotrimoxazole 500 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, are the recommended antibiotics besides plenty of drinking water everyday.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.
