Pain in outer rectum on sitting certain ways.

I'm male, sitting on the edge if a seat or on it flat, no blood or pain while passing stools and no chane in movent
ita tender on the rigt side of my anal hole
had the pain about a day and a half haven't tried any treatments

I have uploaded a picture to see if you can notice anything of or ordinary , the point where the pain is right under my finger when I push on it it's soar, feels like a zit would feel as it's coming up on your face

Except the area under your finger, everything looks normal.
You seem to be developing folliculitis (a boil) in that area. It is a bacterial infection of the hair follicle and is quite common.
It usually heals on its own. You can apply an OTC topical antibiotic like Neosporin Original Ointment over that spot, 3-4 times daily to hasten recovery. Try to avoid sitting on that spot until it heals which should be in a couple of days.
Please also keep the surrounding area clean and dry.

i had to go to hospital over this where it was cut up and removed, it was a boil of some sort I can't remember the medical term, possibly appsis?
im not sure but I think there it was cut open there is a problem again as it is red and sore
