Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com
have gone through all the reports.
She is tall for her age because of her excess weight. This is not due to any hormonal imbalance. All the reports are normal.
Low LH is alright for her pubertal status. Vit D is slightly low, and Vit B 12 must be high because of some supplements.
she can take vit D supplements.
She should exercise regularly and avoid junk foods and excess of carbohydrates, sweets etc.
She should try to maintain her weight and she will grow up tall enough to have normal weight for her age and height.
Thanks doctor for your instant reply and sorry I forgetten her hair issue.. Last year she has undergone trichoscan for her hair fall and grey hair .. And also this year also 2 month back When comparing both reports there is rapid hair loss in hairdensity which I have attached the reports.. Let me know your opinion from endocrine side and advice. . Trichologist advice us to get hair mineral analysis. .and few where were eleveted and few were below which I attached reports. . The following supplements are given and she is having for past 2 months Mvt (b12 content 200mcg) Ca mg cu k se msm Vit e vit c and omega 3 Thanks expecting your opinion and advice
Hair problems are unlikely to be due to endocrine problem. Its a purely a dermatological issue which needs treatment by a trichologist/dermatologist

No, Nothing needs to be done for high phosphorus or Vit B12. They are not the cause of her complaints.
