Resolved question:
I have discovered two very odd spots. One is on my lower leg, and the other is on my face. I thought that the one on my face was from a bug bite, but it hasn't gone away and is getting worse.

These sre the pictures of the two spots i was referring to. I also have been having muscle cramps and severe diarrhea.

I can understand your concern.
You do seem to have got bites which have then lead to inflammation and infection, thereby causing the redness.
If you are getting symptoms like muscle cramps and diarrhoea, it would be advisable to visit your doctor as soon as possible for evaluation and treatment.
You will also need oral antibiotics like Augmentin for the lesion on your face and leg.
You can start application of Mupirocin cream twice a day on the affected areas.
Also you need to take an anti-histamine like Claritin 10 mg, once at night, to take care of any itching if present.
