Hi,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I wonder why the tests were taken, but they are mostly all normal
Except the Liver functions, where the enzymes ALT, AST are raised, around 2 times the normal.
With Bilirubin being normal, it isn't alarming, but you need to follow it up with a repeat test after 1-2weeks.
It may be because of alcohol use, any other drugs you may be on, or a viral infection.
In case repeat test shows higher values or similar abnormal readings, you will need further tests

Sir,
thanks for the responce. I usually get my blood work done once a year whilst i'm living and working overseas. Exposure to environemental hazards and general lifstyle of living and working in a third world. Also my sister has thyroid issues - Hyprothoridism, and there is a family history of renal and liver problems.
I do have some further questions that I would like to ask.
1. T3 and T4 levels?
2. Testoserone levels
3. Can you see any levels that require further investigation?
CJ
The TSH, T3, T4 and the Testosterone levels are fine. Dont need any workup there
